About Thea

Thea M. Goepfert, PhD is a certified Sound Healer (PHI, Germany) using therapeutic singing bowls from Nepal. With her scientific background in cancer research augmented by her experience in movement therapy and deep relaxation techniques, she has become acutely aware of the needs of people affected by stress and disease.

What Being Trauma Informed Means to Me​

Being aware of trauma, the types of trauma, and the principles of trauma-informed care. It means creating a safe space for individuals who have experienced trauma. The soundhealing I offer is gentle. It introduces relaxation and restoration. Accessing my services will not cause re-traumatization.
